Britney Spears dramatic stand-off early this morning may cost her shared custody of her children Jayden James and Sean Preston.
The situation started when Spears refused to return her children to Kevin Federline's bodyguard after her scheduled visitation.
She was taken from her home on a stretcher and hospitalized for appearing under the influence of some unknown substance, Britney Spears is currently being held for psychiatric evaluation hours after police were called for the child custody dispute at her Los Angeles home.
